What Can You Expect During Training?

As a trainee, you will work side by side with Yazmin Acocella, owner of Born 2 Swim Aquatic Academy and a Principal Instructor of the Survival Swim Development Network. You will

be provided with an extensive training manual which will encompass information on various topics, including:

• How to build a successful Survival Swim business
• Behavioral techniques to effectively shape the teaching of children of all ages & abilities
• Child development summary to the distinguish the changes in children
• Human anatomy and physiology as it pertains to how the water relates to children
• Safety guidelines to ensure every child’s well being while receiving the most effective lessons possible
• Varied conditions that may affect lessons
• Assessments of in-water challenges
• Frequently asked questions and common concerns from parents
• Business resource recommendations to professional organizations

Additionally, you will have the ability to participate in Born 2 Swim’s AquaBabies and AquaClub lesson levels, which will introduce trainee’s to the “beyond survival” programs to expand your business and provide year-round income potential.
